Shipping & Pick Up Policies

Thank you for visiting and shopping at bVain Nail Supply. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or nor picked up on holidays. Due to Covid19's impact on our world, please expect delays. USPS has major shipping delays. If you'd like your order shipped with another carrier, please make a request.

We offer overnight and express shipping with an $2 handling processing fee, and we do not guarantee the delivery.  If the package doesn't arrive by the carriers commitment date, usually cost is refunded to customer by carrier.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Pick Up Instructions- please text 470-724-3774 to schedule a time. Once you receive an email/text that your order is ready for pick, your order needs to be picked up with 48hrs. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
bVain Nail Supply ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Due to Covid-19, tracking numbers may not be updated until your package arrives in your home state.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

bVain Nail Supply is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

bVain Nail Supply is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier with tracking number to file a claim, then please contact us.  We will make sure you're issue is handled and replace items if necessary.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
